Tamashii Nations Day One Part 2

Due to the massive amount of news I decided to put the rest of day one news into a separate post.  Well lets get this started.

First we will finish off the remaining Figuarts that were announced later on the first day.  We can see a bunch of Kamen Rider Bikes which are the Ride Shooter (Ryuki), Den Bird (Den-O), Blade Spader (Blade), the original Cyclone (Ichigo), and the Zero Horn (Zeronos).  I personally dont collect the bikes because of their prices and that they take up too much space but its nice Bandai made these to go alongside the riders.  There were also special announcements of Iron Man and War Machine.  This is strange because Max Factory was already going to be making the Avenger Figmas but I guess you can't have too much Robert Downey Jr.  The last SHFs that were shown were other characters from Akibaranger such as Aoi-Chan and Delu Knight.

Mewtwo isn't the only D-Art that was shown at Tamashii Nations.  We also got a look at the final evolutions of the main three starters from Kanto; Charizard, Blastoise, and Venusaur. Its great too see that they are finally going to make some more Pokemon D-Arts and I am curious what else they are going to bring out in the line. The Pokemon D-Arts weren't the only new D-Arts that were announced.  Megaman Fans should be happy to see that Bass and Tremble were announced as well.  Also in the picture though we can take a glimpse of the alternate Megaman forms that he becomes when he uses the other robot masters' powers.  Source: Rangerboard/ Tokunation

Tamashii Nations Day One Coverage

Earlier this morning Tamashii Nations has shown the new line-up of figures ranging from SHFs to even Monsterarts.

To start off with we finally get a look at Kamen Rider Blade in SHF form.  He is one the three Pre-Decade Heisei Riders that hasnt been released in the Figuarts line until now.  He looks pretty nice so far and it will be cool to see if Bandai will show the other riders from his series in the next couple of days.

In the next picture we get a look at a whole bunch of Showa related SHFs.  We can see Appolo Geist who was a really huge fan wanted figure along with Riderman and Kamen Rider X.    Also Stronger fans can finally get a Tackle to go along with their Stronger Figuart.   They even decided to show a regular shocker solider so I guess you can army build those as well.

Next we got a confirmation that the rest of the Zodiarts will be released.  At this point I wonder how Bandai will decide to release these since most of the ones released so far were exclusive so possibly some of these newer ones will be a regular release.

In the following image we get a look at the rest of the riders from Kamen Rider Faiz along with the Horse and Wolf Orphenochs.   I am glad to see that they made a Wolf Orphenoch because I really liked his design and it will be cool to display him next to Faiz.  Something tells me he is going to be exclusive but at this point I can't even tell how much shown will even be released to begin with.

To go along with the announcement of Space Sheriff Gavan, Metal Heroes fans can will be pleased to see that Bandai has decided to make Shaider and Sharivan as well.  Seeing as Toei is trying to revive Metal Heroes these SHFs are nice to help promote the franchise and a nice addition to the fans collections.

The next image reveals that the rest of the Ryuki Riders will be released in the SHF line.  For this series its hard to tell how they will release them because of the whole contract monster thing getting in the way.  Most Kamen Riders dont have a specific partner of some sorts so being a series that mostly revolved around them makes it difficult to release them.

Moving along we also can also see that Bandai is once again catering to Power Rangers fans with the reveal of the MMPR Green Ranger or Dragon Ranger from Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger.  It looks as though the Dragon Shield is indeed removable so if it is we can make MMPR Red to wear it. At this point its pretty much inevitable that the other rangers will be released as well so we finally get a definitive figure team of the original Power Rangers.

For those who Superhuman Samurai fans you should be glad that Zenon has also been announced to go alongside Servo so the only one that needs to be released is Drago.

Finally we also find out the other "she" that Bluefin was referring to and it was none other then SH Monsterarts Biollante.  The massive female Kaiju is sure to be the most expensive and the biggest figure yet in the line.  So this has been a look at day one at Tamashii Nations so stay tuned for the next couple of days for new announcements.  Source: Tokunation

In the name of Figuarts I shall punish you, Sailor Moon is confirmed

In a not so surprising announcement thanks to Blue Fin's facebook, we have been greeted with the announcement that for the 20th anniversary of Sailor Moon that we shall be getting S.H. Figuarts for the series, and who better so start it off with then old dumpling head herself Usagi Tsukino... or Serina Tsukino if you watched the dub. No date on her release or prices yet, but we at least have a beautiful looking finalized product to show you all.

Even More Exclusive Wizard Figuarts and D-Arts Mewtwo?!

Tamashii has once again shown they are slightly paranoid on how to release SHFs because recently they announced that Hurricane and Land Styles will be joining Water Style as Tamashii Web Exclusives.  At this point we can clearly see just what happens when Bandai decides to market more forms on the show it transitions badly on the SHFs to the point making most of the forms exclusive or not even made at all. Land Style will be released next April at the price of 3675 yen while Hurricane Styles' details are unknown at the current time.  Source: Tokunation

We also got a surprising announcement for D-arts Mewtwo.  We knew some day a Pokemon Arts figure would be released eventually but Mewtwo was a complete surprise.  The only reason I think they chose him was because he was in Super Smash Bros Melee but other then that he looks pretty cool.  He will be a retail release next March at the price point of 3800 yen.  Source: Rangerboard

Kamen Rider Wizard Flame and Water Style SHFs

Recently in a FigurOh magazine we finally get to see a look at the upcoming Kamen Rider Wizard Flame style form and a newly announced Water Style SHFs.  With Tamashii Nations around the corner this is just a first peak in what we have in store for.

Flame Style will be released in February next year at the price of 3500 yen.  Water Style is the first Wizard exclusive SHF and will be released in March for the price of 3675 yen. Unfortunately the compound eye effect that most Figuarts have are not present on these Wizard SHFs but hopefully they will add that to the Dragon Style because personally I think it wouldn't look as good if it didn't.  Pictures are from Tokunation

A closer look at NYCC Bluefin/ Bandai Booth

At New York Comic Con Bandai and Bluefin has displayed a bunch of new items and a closer look at the Megaforce toys.

First Bandai has finally announced SH Figuarts MMPR Red/ Tyrannoranger from Zyuranger.  The original Mighty Morphin Rangers were a very anticipated team to made into Figuarts form and although only MMPR Red has been announced we should expect the other team members to follow soon.

We also got a surprising announcement for the SRC Operation Overdrive Drive Max Megazord/ Daibouken from Boukenger.  I wasn't expecting to see this SRC annouced because it looked like Bandai was mostly focusing on merchandising MMPR related products due it being the 20th of Power Rangers so its nice that they shown this.

Also announced was SH Monsterarts King Kong.  This version is based on Peter Jackson Version of King Kong so its great to see that people can have one to go alongside their Monsterarts Godzilla.

Lastly we got another look at the Megaforce toys that were shown at Power Morphicon earlier this year.
Unfortunately the Deluxe Megazords dont look as good as it did at the other convention but they still look decent.  What is strange though is that the Skyic Header bike has the helmet for "Hyper Gosei Great" so its possible that Datas has been scrapped out of the Megaforce footage but we will need to wait and see.  Bandai also displayed the new Power Rangers TCG.  Although nothing was announced about them besides that are going to be released via boosters and in starter decks.  Images given to me from from WereWolfFinder from source Tokunation.
