The men of TAN are holding a Thankgiving Special and delayed birthday party for GLE. Along with that we got Ikaricast/Morphin Bracers host Xaos to cover 08th MS Team! We barely cover odd news or recent news, we just on with our show. So please enjoy! To see more from TAN check: http://www.tokuanimenews.blogspot.com also in association with Herotaku: http://www.herotaku.com/
The Fifth installment of the series where all episodes are nothing but stuff recorded during regular skype calls. Each episode as a random set of cast members, where it's due to vary upon episode. No real topics are discussed, just amusing BS from the Men of TAN. To see more things from TAN go to: http://tokuanimenews.blogspot.com/
So in a stunning upset (For a certain someone who shall not be named), it has been announced that we will have a P-Bandai shop exclusive ranger key set. The Legend edition will come with the remaining teams for Goggle V, Maskman, Turboranger, Dairanger, Ohranger, Megaranger, Gingaman and GoGo V. With this set we will basically have all 199 rangers in one form or another. Preorders start today, November 1st and end December 21st, the item ships in March 2013 and retails for 9,765 JPY.
TokuAnimeNews heads to the DC Universe, where they're forced to battle Klarion the Witch Boy! Can we manage to beat this emo-pilgrim or will we be over come by his annoying voice or cat?! Watch on Today's 1st Episode of TAN in DCUO!!!
The TAN guys have been replaced by there Negaverse counterparts! Now they've taken over, and it's there show now. They cover the news, while doing 2 Movie Reviews: Batman vs Dracula & Shin Kamen Rider Prologue, along with some Soundout's Situation Salvations.
In a not so surprising announcement thanks to Blue Fin's facebook, we have been greeted with the announcement that for the 20th anniversary of Sailor Moon that we shall be getting S.H. Figuarts for the series, and who better so start it off with then old dumpling head herself Usagi Tsukino... or Serina Tsukino if you watched the dub. No date on her release or prices yet, but we at least have a beautiful looking finalized product to show you all.
Today on TAN it's a possible repeat as we cover Gokaiger vs Gavan along
with trying to cover Toy News. That's all followed up by a screwed up
segment by Projekt. So let's see if we're able to handle ourselves in
this almost uncontrollable episode! Today's cast: Wheelchair21,
Projektrdm, Darkon633, and the return of MetalSymphonyTYPE-R! To see
more things from TokuAnimeNews go to http://tokuanimenews.blogspot.com/
The Fourth installment of the series where all episodes are nothing but stuff recorded during regular skype calls. Each episode as a random set of cast members, where it's due to vary upon episode. No real topics are discussed, just amusing BS from the Men of TAN.
Over here at TAN, today's episode was for Darkon's Birthday. He got to chose the movie review, sadly it was the Digimon Adventure Trilogy. Two parts are good 1 part is just too damn long. Anyways we have Toy News, Villain Analysis, and Soundout's Situations Salvations! Along with that check out our blog for more information: http://www.tokuanimenews.blogspot.com/
TAN's turned 20....Episodes Longs! So we're pretty much hanging out with Ranger Review's DekaBlue25. Where we talk about Ranger Keys, a 'Q & A', the Dekaranger Movie and whatever else came to mind. Today's hosts were the usual, but with a trolling twist as Projekt pops in as we were tryin' to end and just see where that lead us to...another hour of nonsense! Anyways check out the blog: http://www.tokuanimenews.blogspot.com/
So today I, GundamLegacyExtreme bring to you another one of my rare figures I own. That being the S.H. Figuarts Barnaby Brooks Jr Darkness Version from the hit TV Show Tiger and Bunny. It's a really nice figure over all, and I have little faults to give it at all so check out the video and enjoy.
So along with all the other information is Saint Seiya Omega's Pegasus Koga joining the S.H. Figuarts toy line
I know people are scratching their heads that it's not an Armor Plus, but it makes sense seeing as in the show the Armor, when not on the Saints, is not in the form of an armor statue, but a spiritualized version of their constellations. Also to those who say he looks disproportioned or lanky it's basically because his shoulders are pulled down and he's posed improperly.
So bandai has just announced that they're releasing the Masked Rider Card Archive Binder. What is it exactly, it's a binder that can hold all the cards from the two Rider Archives between Ryuki and Blade. What makes it special however is that it comes with the 5 missing cards from the 2 archives, those being the Joker Rouse Card and the 4 Advent cards of Abyss.
The binder comes out in November and Retails for ¥3990 ($52.39)
The third installment of the series where all episodes are nothing but stuff recorded during regular skype calls. Each episode as a random set of cast members, where it's due to vary upon episode. No real topics are discussed, just amusing BS from the Men of TAN.
Here at Toku Anime News, you can probably noticed we haven't been posting much as of late. The reason is the team has decided to go on vacation! Where starting from Today: Friday August 3, 2012 at 10pm EST till Friday August 17, 2012 at 12pm EST we're planning on practically doing nothing; Except place up already recorded content such as TAN Off-Air episodes and Youtube Reviews. But right now you're probably asking yourself, 'Why are these pre-recorded shows just TAN's stupid 'Off-Air' show?'
The answer is, the gang isn't entirely here to record these episodes in advance and it's hard to actually plan shows around who we can get on to record with us. Now I your next question probably is, 'Well what's so important that you guys can't honestly get together and record?' That answer is, starting off with our main Summer Guest Host: Soundout12 is off to Band Camp and having American Pie-like adventures. As for other guest hosts, MetalSymphonyTYPE-R is going on a trip, while GideonCyclone03 is dealing with School or Vanguard; which I hear is some drug-like children's card game that isn't played on motorcycles.
Then as for the main host of TAN you ask. Werewolffinder as regular host on the show, is busy with running his local Pokémon League. GundamLegacyExtreme is visiting with relatives, and Darkon is grooming his Ponies. Yeah I know Darkon, is a Brony and they suck, just that's my personal opinion along with several others who also work alongside me here at TAN. Anyways as for Projektrdm and myself we're currently working on our trip to California for Power Morphicon 3! So for me and him we have a lot a head for us as we plan to cover the event for the podcast and blog.
And if any news of actual importance does show up, we'll comeback to our duties ASAP to record these annoucnements and report them to you our fans. Our regular schedule podcast thou will return, sometime within the week after Power Morphicon starting with Gundam's Birthday Episode followed up with closing out the Summer of Soundout! Until then, we ask you to please standby and await our return to glory...
The Men of TAN are back, bringing with them the Summer of Soundout! New
Episodes, New Topics, New Reviews, New Guests, and New Everything! On
Today's episode TAN Cast is joined yet again by Special Guest Soundout12
along with MetalSymphonyType-R, for SDCC toy news, Tamashii News, Power
Rangers Megaforce, GaoGaiGar and our recent toy hauls.
So it's time for a little treat, here's the first review I ever actually recorded for TAN... though it's the third I'm uploading... funny how things like this happen ANYWAY.
The figure I'm reviewing today is the Deluxe Reveal the Shield Optimus Prime, which to my knowledge is an Homage figure to the G2 Optimus Prime. Personally this is by far my favorite design for Optimus Prime. The figure is actually really good overall but does have some... Articulation fidgets... funny how EVERYTHING I review's only bad flaw is with it's articulation. :) Enjoy.
